About the Villa

Casa da Latada sits a few kms from Santarém, known as the gothic capital. Santarém area has the Tagus and the fertile meadowlands (Lezírias) as background to the south, and a landscaped dominated by vineyards and olive groves. The Natural Park of Serra d´Aire and Candeeiros are on it´s limits. An agriculture dominates region also famous for the bull and horse breeding and bullfights
Lisbon is 45 minutes by car. Fátima is 30 minutes away and so is the coast (Foz do Arelho, Peniche). Nazaré is 45 minutes
Casa da Latada, is the perfect countryhouse retreat, it is a traditional “casa ribatejana” on the architecture and layout. Surrounded by inviting leisure area with lawned gardens, pool, tennis court and lovely terraces and covered alfresco eating areas.
