Requests for specific models are simply that- requests, and can only be provided if available at the time of pick-up they are not guaranteed.
Traveler’s are GUARANTEED only the “group” (engine size, transmission, and seats) as booked.
Under extreme circumstances where the “group” is not available, a higher category will be provided. 
Drop off in DIFFERENT locations than where originally picked up may incur an additional fee (depending on fleet and availability) and will be advised at the the time of booking, and will range from 45-115$ CAD one time, FLAT fee.
